Powers of Senate
(1)
The Senate may exercise all such powers of the Academy as they think fit except as otherwise provided by this Act.
(2)
The Senate may on behalf of the Academy accept by way of grant, gift, testamentary disposition or otherwise, property and moneys in aid of the finances of the Academy on such conditions as they may determine.
