Clause 12
Application to carriage by air not governed by the amended Convention
The Minister may make regulations applying the provisions of the First Schedule and any provision of this Act to such carriage by air, not being international carriage by air as defined in the First Schedule, as may be specified in the regulations, subject to such exceptions, adaptations and modifications, if any, as may be so specified.
