Amendment of section 5
Section 5 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:“(1) The Board shall consist of —
(a)
the Chairman; and
(b)
not less than 4 and not more than 11 other members who shall be appointed by the Minister.”;
(b)
by deleting subsection (3) and substituting the following subsection:“(3) The Board shall meet at such times and places as the Board may determine.”; and
(c)
by deleting the words “subsection (1)(c)” in subsection (4) and substituting the words “subsection (1)(b)”.
