Clause 25

Part II of the First Schedule to the Registration of Criminals Act [Cap. 268] is amended by deleting the item —“Minor Offences Act [Cap. 184] Sections 22, 25, 30, 31, 37(1), 37(5) and 43.”,and substituting the following item:“Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) Act [Cap. 184] Sections 22, 25, 30, 31, 36, 36A, 37(1) and 37(5).”.
