Clause 12

by deleting the words “one month” in the eighth line of subsection (1) and substituting the words “14 days”; and

by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) In subsection (1), the word “particulars”, in relation to the situation of the registered office, shall be deemed to include the address and designation of the situation or address of the registered office.”.
