Amendment of section 171

Section 171(1A)(c) of the Companies Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Singapore Society of Accountants” and substituting the words “Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately before the word “member” wherever it appears, in each case the word “practising”.
