Amendment of section 34

Section 34(2) of the Enlistment Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “section 14(b)” in paragraph (b)(i) and substituting the words “section 14(1)(b)(ii)”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “section 14(a)” in paragraph (b)(ii) and substituting the words “section 14(1)(b)(ii)”.
