Miscellaneous amendments
(1)
The following provisions of the principal Act are amended by deleting “$10,000” and substituting in each case “$100,000”:Sections 5, 6, 7, 10, 11 and 12.
(2)
Sections 20(2) and 25 of the principal Act are amended by deleting “$2,000” and substituting in each case “$10,000”.
(3)
Section 30(2) of the principal Act is amended by deleting “$500” and substituting “$5,000”.
