Power to enter upon lands
(1)
The Authority may, for the purposes of this Act, by its employees, agents or contractors, enter at all reasonable hours in the day into and upon a building or land for the purpose of making any survey or inspection and for the purpose of executing work authorised by this Act to be executed by them without being liable to any legal proceedings or molestation whatsoever on account of such entry or of anything done in a part of such building or land in pursuance of this Act.
(2)
An employee or agent or a contractor of or a person acting on behalf of the Authority shall not enter into a building in actual occupation without the consent of the occupier thereof or without 6 hours’ previous notice to such occupier.
