Amendment of section 30
Section 30(1) of the Planning Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “this Part” in the second line, the words “and for any matter which is required under this Part to be prescribed”; and
(b)
by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)the different rates and methods of calculation of development charge;”.
