Amendment of section 2
Section 2(1) of the Planning Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “the Urban Redevelopment Authority or such other” in the definition of “conservation authority” and substituting the word “such”; and
(b)
by deleting the definition of “Urban Redevelopment Authority”.
