Clause 6

Section 7 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsections (2) and (3) and substituting the following subsection:“(2) This Act shall not apply to any advertisement relating to smoking contained in a newspaper, other than a newspaper specified by the Minister by notification in the Gazette, which is printed or published outside Singapore and is brought into Singapore for sale, free distribution or personal use.”.
