Amendment of section 43
Section 43 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting “33%” in paragraphs (a) and (b) and substituting in each case “32%”; and
(b)
by renumbering the section as subsection (1) of that section, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following subsection:“(2) For the years of assessment 1987 to 1989, the reference in subsection (1) to 32% shall be read as a reference to 33%.”.
