Clause 15

The Building Authority shall keep and maintain a register (referred to in this section and section 16 as the register of accredited checkers) in which shall be entered the names and prescribed particulars of all persons registered in accordance with section 16 as accredited checkers and the absence of the name of any person from the register shall be prima facie evidence that that person is not so registered.

The register of accredited checkers shall be kept and maintained at the office of the Building Authority and shall be available for inspection by any person without charge at such time as that office is open for business.
