Clause 13

Section 95 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (6) and substituting the following subsection:“(6) The application to make absolute and the showing of cause consequent upon any order to show cause made under subsections (1) and (2) shall be heard by a court of 3 judges and from the decision of that court there shall be no appeal.”.
