Clause 2

Section 2 of the Legal Profession Act (referred to in this Act as the principal Act) is amended by inserting, immediately above the definition of “advocate and solicitor”, the following definition:“ “Academy” means the Singapore Academy of Law established under the Singapore Academy of Law Act 1988 [Act 18 of 1988];”.
