Amendment of Article 103
Article 103 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (referred to in this Act as the Constitution) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (iv) of the definition of “public office” in paragraph (b) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:“(iv)the office of member of the Public Service Commission, the Legal Service Commission, the Education Service Commission or the Police and Civil Defence Services Commission;”.
