Clause 28

All deeds, bonds, agreements, instruments and arrangements, made by the Government or any person on behalf of the Government, subsisting immediately before the appointed day relating to the areas designated on the appointed day or to any person transferred to the service of the Board under section 27 shall continue in force on and after that day and shall be enforceable by or against the Board as if the Board had been named therein or had been a party thereto.
