Repeal and consequential amendments
(1)
The Nature Reserves Act [Cap. 205] is repealed.
(2)
Section 2 of the Parks and Trees Act [Cap. 216] is amended —
(a)
by deleting the definition of “Botanic Gardens”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “the Botanic Gardens and” in the definition of “public park”.
