Amendment of section 25

Section 25 of the Central Provident Fund Act is amended by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:“(1) Subject to this section or any regulations made under this Act, a member who is an undischarged bankrupt shall not be entitled to make withdrawals from the amount standing to his credit in the Fund.”.
