Clause 21
Amendment of Article 150
Article 150 of the Constitution is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “of this Constitution” in the fifth and sixth lines of clause (4), the words “(except Articles 22D, 22G, 144 (2) and 148A)”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “or language” in clause (5)(b) and substituting the words “, language or the discretionary powers conferred upon the President”.
