Clause 7
Amendment of Article 39A
Article 39A of the Constitution is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “3 candidates” wherever they appear in clause (1)(a) and in the definition of “group” in clause (4) and substituting in each case the words “not less than 3 but not more than 4 candidates”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “3 candidates” wherever they appear in clause (2)(a) and substituting in each case the word “candidates”.
