Amendment of section 2

Section 2(1) of the Town Councils Act (referred to in this Act as the principal Act) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “gas,” in paragraph (c) of the definition of “common property”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “the vice-chairman” in the definition of “vice-chairman” and substituting the words “a vice-chairman”.
