Amendment of section 10

Section 10 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “the vice-chairman” in the second line of subsection (2) and substituting the words “any vice-chairman”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “both the chairman and the vice-chairman” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “the chairman and vice-chairmen”.
