Amendment of section 12

Section 12 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “The vice-chairman” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “A vice-chairman”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “the vice-chairman” in the first line of subsection (4) and substituting the words “a vice-chairman”.
