Amendment of section 38

Section 38 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “30 days” in the first and in the fifth lines of subsection (4)(b) and substituting in each case the words “the month”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “30 days” in subsection (5) and substituting the words “the month”.
