Amendment of section 36

Section 36 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “date of the removal” in the fourth and fifth lines of subsection (1) and substituting the words “expiration of the last registration”; and

(b)

by deleting paragraph (a) of subsection (2) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)that there has been no bona fide use of the trade mark during the two years immediately preceding the expiration of the last registration; or”.
