Amendment of section 46

Section 46(1) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “and by section 12(2)” in the first and second lines;

(b)

by deleting the words “in respect of any goods” in the third line; and

(c)

by deleting the words “in relation to those goods” in the fifth line.
