Amendment of section 4
Section 4 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “with” in the third line, the words “the dates of their registration,”; and
(b)
by renumbering the section as subsection (1) of that section, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following subsection:“(2) The Registrar need not keep the register in documentary form.”.
