Clause 21

Disclosing information or trade secret

Any person who discloses any information obtained by means of the exercise of powers under this Act, being information with regard to any manufacturing process or trade secret, unless the disclosure was made in accordance with the directions of the Director, or for the purpose of proceedings for an offence under this Act or any report of those proceedings, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000.
