Clause 8

Amendment of section 68

Section 68(2)(a) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (v); and

(b)

by inserting, immediately at the end of sub-paragraph (vi), the word “and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraph:“(vii)any activity which may damage the railway or railway premises or may endanger the safety of any person travelling on or upon the railway or railway premises;”.
