by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (g); and

by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (h) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(i)to prescribe the circumstances in which a person may be required to be certified by a medical practitioner as fit to drive a vehicle or to pass any practical driving test before granting or renewing a driving licence.”.
