Clause 7

Section 19(3) of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after the word “application” at the end of paragraph (a), the words “and all fees and taxes due and payable in respect of the vehicle and any penalty recoverable from the registered owner of the vehicle under this Act or the rules have been paid”.
