Amendment of section 7
Section 7 of the Statistics Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “particulars required” in subsection (1)(c), the words “by a requisition”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “, the director of a research and statistics unit or a competent authority” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “or the director of a research and statistics unit”.
