Repeal and re-enactment of section 11
Section 11 of the Statistics Act is repealed and the following section substituted therefor:“Amendment of Schedules11.—
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, amend the First, Second or Third Schedule.(2) The Minister shall not insert or delete and substitute any particulars or information specified in the second column of the Third Schedule without the approval of the Minister responsible for the written law under which those particulars and information are obtained.”.
