Clause 41

Every person who is registered under the provisions of the repealed Act immediately before the appointed day shall be deemed to be a registered professional engineer under the provisions of this Act.

The Registrar shall transfer to the register of professional engineers the names of all persons on the register kept under section 6 of the repealed Act together with the dates of their respective registration and any other particulars appearing in that register.
