Clause 2

A further sum of $82,664,820, not otherwise provided for by the Supply Act 1990 [Act 3 of 1990], is hereby authorised to be issued from the Consolidated Fund for the period from 1st April 1990 to 31st March 1991 and that sum is hereby appropriated for the purposes of the Heads of Expenditure specified in the Schedule.
