Repeal of sections 16 to 20 and re-enactment of sections 16 and 17
Sections 16 to 20 of the principal Act are repealed and the following sections substituted therefor:“Financial provisions
16. The financial provisions set out in the Second Schedule shall apply to the Board.Annual report17.—
(1)
As soon as practicable after 1st April but not later than 30th September of each year, unless expressly authorised in writing by the Minister, the Board shall prepare a report of its activities and operations in the preceding financial year and shall send a copy of such report to the Minister.(2) The Minister shall as soon as practicable present a copy of every such report to Parliament.”.
