Repeal and re-enactment of section 22
Section 22 of the principal Act is repealed and the following section substituted therefor:“Regulations22.—
(1)
The Board may, with the approval of the Minister, make such regulations as it may consider necessary or desirable for the proper conduct of the business of the Board and the execution of its functions.(2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the Board may make regulations with regard to the following matters:
(a)
the test of proficiency in courses conducted by the Board;
(b)
the management of the income and funds of the Board; and
(c)
subscribing members.”.
