Clause 4

Section 74 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (3), the following subsection:“(3A) Where a candidate or an election agent fails to transmit the return respecting election expenses and the statement referred to in subsection (2) before the expiration of the time limited for the purpose and in the manner required by this Act, the candidate or election agent shall not be qualified to be elected as President.”.
