Amendment of section 10

Section 10 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “appropriated” in paragraph (a), the words “by any written law”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “allocated” in paragraph (b), the words “by any written law”.
