Amendment of section 69

Section 69 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “sergeant” wherever it appears in paragraph (d) and substituting in each case the words “corporal (first class)”; and

(b)

by deleting “$150” and “$75” in paragraph (d) and substituting “$500” and “$150”, respectively.
