Clause 17

Amendment of section 205

Section 205 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (j), the following paragraph:“(ja)committees of inquiry appointed under section 8C;”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (t), the following paragraph:“(ta)the appointment, release, discharge and terms and conditions of service of volunteers;”.
