Clause 3

Amendment of section 3

Section 3 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (d); and

(b)

by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (e) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(f)volunteers during the period that they are ordered to report for service, whether they have complied with such order or not.”.
