Repeal and re-enactment of section 17
Section 17 of the principal Act is repealed and the following section substituted therefor:“Board may form companies
17. The Board may —
(a)
form or participate in the formation of any company for the purpose of carrying out all or any of the functions of the Board;
(b)
with the approval of the Minister, form or participate in the formation of any company for such other purposes as may be approved by the Minister.”.
