Clause 66
Unlawful assembly
Where it is shown that the common object of an assembly of 5 or more persons is —
(a)
to interrupt or interfere with an election meeting; or
(b)
to go about in a group on polling day in a manner calculated to cause intimidation, alarm or annoyance to any elector, voter or candidate,the assembly shall be deemed to be an unlawful assembly as defined in section 141 of the Penal Code [Cap. 224].
