Amendment of section 79
Section 79 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “same transaction” in the fifth line of subsection (1) and substituting the words “sale of any immovable property developed under the same housing development”; and
(b)
by deleting the word “that” in the sixth line of subsection (1) and substituting the word “the”.
