Clause 7

Section 34 of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraph (c) and substituting the following paragraph:“(c)to prescribe the size, shape and character of the identification marks or the signs to be fixed on any vehicle and the manner in which those marks or signs are to be secured, sealed, displayed and rendered easily distinguishable whether by night or by day and to prohibit those marks, signs and seals from being tampered with,”.
