Clause 77

to prevent or obstruct the transmission or delivery of any message or postal article;

to intercept or to acquaint himself with the contents of any message or letter; or

to commit mischief,damages, removes, tampers with or touches any installation or plant or any part thereof used for telecommunications or for posts belonging to a public telecommunication licensee or a public postal licensee, as the case may be, or interferes with the radio-communication service or system of a public telecommunication licensee shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or to both.
