Clause 30

Any licence granted under the repealed Rubber Dealers Act or the repealed Rubber Industry Act shall continue in force until the date of expiry provided thereunder as if it had been granted under the relevant provisions of this Act.

Any order, ruling or direction made or given by the Appeal Tribunal established under the repealed Rubber Industry Act shall be entered as an order, ruling or direction of the Appeal Tribunal established under section 13 of this Act and shall have the same force and effect as if it had been made or given by the Appeal Tribunal under this Act.
